Hyper Velocity Privacy Policy
The privacy of all our customers and partners is extremely important to us at HyperVelocity Race Track
Personal information obtained during gift card purchases, or other online purchases from our online shop, is only shared with outside parties necessary for completing the purchases and delivering shipments as requested. This information may include the customer’s complete name, e-mail address, phone number, mailing address, and credit/debit card information.
Customer information provided to opt-in for HyperVelocity E-mail List, whether submitted on our website, through a third-party’s contest, or in person, is only used for HyperVelocity marketing purposes. E-mails, customer names, and other information provided will not be sold or given to any other parties for solicitations or marketing unrelated to HyperVelocity. Customers may opt out of the e-mail list at any time by unsubscribing at the bottom of the e-mails.
WAIVER POLICY:
All guests participating in activities must have a signed waiver on file.
All guests must be at least 18 years of age in order to sign a waiver.
All guests under the age of 18 must have a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian.
HyperVelocity reserves the right to require identification.
PATRON POLICY:
All guests must comply with posted and verbal instructions. Failure to do so may result in loss of participation privileges without refund. Be sure to read all posted signage.
It is your responsibility to ensure all participants meet the required qualifications. Please see the full list of each activity type online or ask for a printed copy.
All kart drivers must be at least 40” tall to drive.
HyperVelocity is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
DO NOT participate in any activity if you have health limitations or injuries, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
KARTING:
BEFORE YOU RACE:
All participants must have a signed waiver on file.
All participants must be at least 40” tall to drive.
All participants are required to watch the Safety Briefing Video.
No personal belongings are allowed on the track while racing
Shoulder-length hair and longer must be tied back.
HyperVelocity Head socks are required for all participants using issued helmets.
Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes are required.
If a team member has reasonable suspicions that a guest is intoxicated, said guest must submit to a breathalyzer test. Should the guest refuse to submit or should the test yield a greater value than 0.08, the guest will not be allowed to participate in any activities and will not receive a refund.
No participant who is impaired in any way or who may pose an increased risk to themselves, or other guests will be allowed to participate.
DO NOT participate if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant.
DURING YOUR RACE:
Helmets must be worn at all times.
No cell phones or similar devices may be used during the race.
Never undo your seatbelt or exit your kart during a race for any reason.
Use brakes on tight corners and slow down when necessary.
Slower drivers must yield to faster drivers by moving to the outside lane and allowing the faster driver to pass.
No unsafe driving is allowed. No bumping or slamming of karts or barriers is permitted without penalty.
Obey all track rules and fundamentals from Track Marshals at all times.
FUNDAMENTALS:
The first lap of each heat is a warm-up lap. Learn the track layout before accelerating to full speed.
If you receive a MOVE OVER/ Blue Flag signal you must yield to faster drivers.
If you receive a PENALTY/ Black Flag you violated a rule. Noncompliance may result in the loss of participation privileges without a refund.
The final lap is the end of the race. Slow down. No passing. Enter the pit slowly and stay seated until signaled to exit your kart.
